Double-Pitch Metric Roller Chain Size Chart

Double-pitch metric DUROCHAIN sizes are designed to share the same dimensions as their single-pitch counterparts, but with twice the pitch. For example, 08B has a pitch of 12.70mm, and 208B has a pitch of 25.40 (exactly double the pitch of 08B). The purpose is to provide a larger pitch for elongated conveying systems while reducing weight over longer lengths. Additionally, double-pitch metric chains utilize the "dog bone" shape side plates and often will have an "A" placed before the part #. We carry double-pitch metric roller chains in sizes 208B through 224B and pitch sizes 25.40mm through 76.20mm.
